ABOUT MY SERVICESTAT (Turnaround Time): 14–18 business daysWIP (Work In Progress): I share my process step-by-step with clients and encourage them to request updates anytime. Emails are answered the same day, except on weekends (please consider time zone differences).Payment method: PayPal only (invoice). After receiving an initial 50% payment via PayPal, I’ll start the rough sketch or thumbnails based on the compositions and references we’ve discussed. Upon your approval, I’ll request the remaining 50% to complete the commission.Revisions: You’re entitled to three revisions on the initial sketch and three on the color palette. Additional changes will incur a $5 charge.Format: Landscape or portrait (2894 x 1854 – 300 dpi). If you need a specific format, just let me know!Confidentiality: If confidentiality is needed, I will wait for the requested time before sharing the work on my social media for portfolio purposes.All clients receive digital freebies such as art stickers or bookmarks.
